MOULD SAFETY CONTROL MONITOR
This feature determines how the automatic cycle reacts when the machine fails to Lock within the preset Mould Safety time.
Depending on the Data value entered for Mould Safety, in the Mould Close Page, determines how the machine will respond.
If Mould Safety time expires prior to mould locking then :-
Pos. 1 Automatic cycle is halted with mould closed, and motor stopped. Alarm Sounds.
Pos. 2 Mould Opens. Cycle is halted at mould open and motor stopped. Alarm Sounds.
Pos. 3 Mould Opens - Ejector Cycles - Mould Closes. If fault persists, mould opens up,
Automatic Cycle halts, motor stops and alarm sounds.
