MIGS Version 5.xx comprises of several applications which may be accessed directly from the MIGS Server PC or from any work station attached to your network. MIGS has an open-site licence enabling as many users as your network licence allows and subject to correct authorisation to view and/or alter data on any work station.As standard, MIGS is shipped with these applications :-
Systems Page
Every machine can have as standard,up to 5 Jobs queued in MIGS Planner. This application allows for maintenance of the module including Actioned Job Deletion, Re-Order and Job Removal.
MIGS.Plan
Entry of specific data related to each machine including a unique Reference Number which MIGS uses to identify it on the system. A group field is provided for assignment of several ‘like’ machines.
MIGS.Mdf
An application, provided for creating the central product database. Information relating to Cycle Time, Product Description, Weight, Colour, Packaging Type, Tool Location, Size and Weight etc are entered for each and every product.
MIGS.Tool
Displays current production data from all machines programmed on the system. Entry of Downtime codes, Scrap attributes, Priority ordering and next Planned Job can all be actioned from this application.
MIGS.View
End of shift data can be Viewed, Printed or Exported using this application. Filters allow the User to locate files by Shift Number, Shift Day, Week Number and Year. Printing is directed always to the Users default printer.
